Mumbai, Maharahtra based Indian Horror Metal band, ALBATROSS, has revealed the artwork for their forthcoming EP- THE KISSING FLIES which will be part of a split CD with US based Occult Metal band VESTAL CLARET. Designed by Imran Ladak, the art is a glimpse of the forthcoming concept album and the spine chilling horror which awaits you in early 2012.

Bangalore's own Melodic Thrash Metal band FORSAKEN is out with their "Debut Album" titled HEMISPHERES.

WINTER GATE is a Progessive Death Metal band from Jaipur. Formed back in 2008, the band was originally known as ALATH and then WAR AUTOPSY. Their songs are generally a deep mix of Death Metal and tight acoustic patterns covered with different Death Metal/clean vocals. They try to bring up the true and pure Death Metal all in a progressive environment. But the root breed still remains old school. The main influences of the band includes  DEATH, BLOODBATH, OPETH, NILE, CANNIBAL CORPSE, OBITUARY etc.

Lucid Recess will be releasing their new album ‘Engraved Invitation’ on 26th April 2010. The album will have 12 songs including previously released singles ‘Can’t Help Me’ and ‘Socially Active Warrior’. For the first time, the band has also recorded a piano based song ‘Calling’ for this album. The album is recorded at Lucid Recess Studios, Guwahati and is produced by Siddharth Barooa. It is supported by Grey and Saurian and RSJ.
Lucid Recess is an Alternative Metal/Hard Rock band from Guwahati, Assam. Their 7 song EP ‘Carved’ was released in Dec 2007 and was the CD of the month in the June 2009 issue of RSJ.
