Modern Thrash Metal band UNDYING INC from New Delhi have been confirmed for Norway's one of the biggest Metal Fest, Inferno Metal Festival 2012 lately.

New Jersey Thrash Metal veterans OVERKILL will release their new album, THE ELECTRIC AGE, in North America on 27th March via EONE MUSIC. The CD will be made available in Europe on 30th March through NUCLEAR BLAST RECORDS.

THE ORIGIN OF DISEASE, a brand new track from Belgian Death Metal band ABORTED, can be streamed at their SoundCloud page. The track comes off the band's seventh studio album, GLOBAL FLATLINE, which will be released on 24th January 2012 (one day earlier internationally) via CENTURY MEDIA RECORDS. The CD was recorded, mixed, and mastered by the Jacob Hansen (VOLBEAT, PESTILENCE, HATESPHERE) at HANSEN STUDIOS in Ribe, Denmark. The artwork was once again created by Justin Osbourn from Slasher Design.

Belgian Death Metal band ABORTED will release their seventh studio album, GLOBAL FLATLINE, on 24th January 2012 (one day earlier internationally) via CENTURY MEDIA RECORDS. The CD was recorded, mixed, and mastered by the Jacob Hansen (VOLBEAT, PESTILENCE, HATESPHERE) at HANSEN STUDIOS in Ribe, Denmark. The artwork was once again created by Justin Osbourn from SLASHER DESIGN.

Keijo Niinimaa (ROTTEN SOUND) and Julien Truchan (BENIGHTED) are among the guest musicians who will appear on GLOBAL FLATLINE, the seventh full-length album from Death Metal psychopaths ABORTED, tentatively due before the end of the year via CENTURY MEDIA RECORDS. The CD is being recorded at HANSEN STUDIOS in Ribe, Denmark with producer Jacob Hansen (INVOCATOR, HATESPHERE, VOLBEAT). 15 tracks of "the most brutal and intense material the band has written to date" are laid down for the effort, with 12 tracks set to appear on the regular album and the rest to be used as bonus material.

Australian Thrash Metal band TRUTH CORRODED have signed a European/Japanese deal with ULTIMHATE RECORDS for the release of their latest album, WORSHIP THE BLED. The CD will made available on 16th September and will be followed by a European tour in early 2012.

Long known as the leaders of gore, ABORTED is back and have begun work on a brand new album that will be revealed later this year via CENTURY MEDIA RECORDS. Now joined by Ken Bedene (ABIGAIL WILLIAMS) on drums, ABORTED is stronger than ever and is excited to unveil the new effort, which has been titled GLOBAL FLATLINE.

Austrian Extreme Metal band MASTIC SCUM have issued the following update:
"We are currently working on the new album! We are fucking excited about the new record which follows our last album, DUST, our strongest release up to date, of which we are very proud!! However, the new release will be for sure a progression from the songwriting and sound production points of view. Some of the songwriting is already done, but we still have work to do! The new material so far is fucking brutal, combining shredding rhythms, mosh grooves and Grindcore blast attacks! We sure give 100% in the songwriting process and we cannot wait to enjoy with everyone the new overdose of brutal distorted structures! Be prepared!! As our goal is to enter the studio earliest in autumn 2011, we are very focused on our work and will play just a few live shows this summer/fall. Nevertheless, we really look forward to grind with you at our upcoming shows!"

Technical/Progressive Death Metal band ARKAIK from Riverside, California are hard at work on maerial for their sophomore album, METAMORPHIGNITION, due in early 2012 thorugh UNIQUE LEADER RECORDS.
