On 21st January 2012, Mumbai(Maharashtra) witnessed the second installment of the original idea of a gig exclusively dedicated to Black Metal bands. Being the only such gig in the entire country, Black Metal Krieg proved to be a great platform for bands to find a suitable audience and not be judged for the low technical skill requirements for their choice of genre. Black Metal Krieg II was no less amazing than the first, featuring 6 bands this time around, as opposed to the 4 from the first time. The lineup consisted of COSMIC INFUSION, DARK DESOLATION, SPIKED CRIB, INSANE PROPHECY, STARK DENIAL and DHISHTI - playing in that order.

Norwegian Black Metal band 1349 will release their first-ever live DVD, HELLVETIA FIRE - THE OFFICIAL 1349 BOOTLEG, on 24th October via CANDLELIGHT RECORDS. The disc was filmed at Bikini Test La Chaux De Fonds in Switzerland in 2005 and features a special guest appearance by Tom G. Warrior (HELLHAMMER, CELTIC FROST, TRYPTIKON).

The critically acclaimed album DEMONOIR by Norwegian Black Metal band 1349 will be reissued as a limited box set as part of the INDIE RECORDINGS Norwegian Collector's Edition Series. It contains seven bonus tracks, including an unreleased track that did not appear on the expanded edition or the limited edition, 12-page booklet, poster, guitar pick, a patch and autographed photo card. The box is handnumbered and limited to 1000 copies worldwide.

"MY DYING BRIDE are back in the studio to record a three-part EP due for release later in the year. No titles revealed just yet, but the news is that it is to be a concept EP of effectively one track of over 25 minutes long split into three 'acts.' Recording is to take place at FUTUREWORKS STUDIOS in late August with long-term sound engineer Mags once again taking the pain.
