Silent Gods, a brand new single from U.K Progressive Black/Death Metal band De Profundis, can be streamed in the YouTube clip below. The track comes off the band's third album, The Emptiness Within, which will be released on 7th May in the U.K and 11th May in the rest of Europe via Kolony Records. The CD was once again produced by Fernando Pereira Lopes (Misanthrope, Orakle) and De Profundis and was mixed at the Studios Davout (Ac/Dc, The Rolling Stones, Ozzy Osbourne) in Paris, France. The cover artwork was created by the renowned artist Costin Chioreanu (Twilight13Media), who has previously worked with Ulver, Darkthrone and Absu, to name a few.

Polish Death Metal veterans VADER will release their new album, WELCOME TO THE MORBID REICH on 12th August via NUCLEAR BLAST RECORDS. The CD was recorded at HERTZ STUDIO in Bialystok, Poland and features the cover artwork of Zbigniew Bielak (DESTROYER 666, WATAIN). The band laid down a total of 12 songs for the CD, which was mixed and mastered in May.

UK-based Progressive Metal band DE PROFUNDIS will tour five cities in India, playing at Delhi, Chennai, Bangalore, Guwahati and Shillong this month. This tour will mark the band’s return to India since their performance alongside Iron Maiden at the ROCK IN INDIA FESTIVAL in 2009.
