Today as I was sitting at the balcony of my room and enjoying the chilled air that shivered my bones, I thought about the Indian Rock/Metal music scene in the country and what it was like a decade back. I realized that I don't have any idea about it, may be because in those days I never cared to bother about it. But as I started taking music more seriously and experience it more vastly the more I realized that its not just another passion. Surely not for those who dedicate their whole life trying to give us quality music. Music that give us hope, music that tell us tales and music that makes us think. These musicians don't earn much money from their music and neither do they expect so. they believe in sharing their music for free with those who want to have it and anyone who respect it. These musicians are called independent musicians and their music is called Indie- Music. It covers everything from Rock-n-Roll to Folk Rock to Electronica.
