Lucid Recess will be releasing their new album ‘Engraved Invitation’ on 26th April 2010. The album will have 12 songs including previously released singles ‘Can’t Help Me’ and ‘Socially Active Warrior’. For the first time, the band has also recorded a piano based song ‘Calling’ for this album. The album is recorded at Lucid Recess Studios, Guwahati and is produced by Siddharth Barooa. It is supported by Grey and Saurian and RSJ.
Lucid Recess is an Alternative Metal/Hard Rock band from Guwahati, Assam. Their 7 song EP ‘Carved’ was released in Dec 2007 and was the CD of the month in the June 2009 issue of RSJ. The song “Painstaking Obsession’ from the EP was featured in the GIR XII compilation. The EP is now available for free download at their website: www.lucidrecess.com

The Cynical Recess rock band from Kolkata Band has just released a new track titled 'Goodbye Sunday' on Bands Myspace Page.

Demonic Resurrection have revealed the cover artwork for their new album 'The Return To Darkness' on Youtube.

The artwork has been done by Xaay who has previously worked with the likes of Nile, Karl Sanders, Necrophagist and Behemoth. The album features 10 tracks of Demonic metal.
