7HARD & Sanchez(Sweden) are very glad to anounce the release of their third album RUN THE STREETS at the 27th May 2011 in Europe. Later this year comes the album with one bonus track in Japan and Brazil. 

Brazil’s emerging female-fronted Power Metal group, SHADOWSIDE has posted more behind-the-scenes studio footage from the band’s recent recording sessions of the forthcoming album, INNER MONSTER OUT.  The new footage, which contains a sneak peek at the record’s opening track, GAG ORDER can be seen on the official SHADOWSIDE YouTube Channel.

Norwegian Progressive Metal band COMMUNIC have issued the following update:
"We have completed the work in studio, the new album is ready, and the result is simply amazing. Dan Swanö[EDGE OF SANITY, BLOODBATH] is currently putting the final touch on the mastering [at Unisound studios in Örebro, Sweden] and we are one step closer to get this album out there. Happy times."

Progressive Melodic Death metallers SCAR SYMMETRY from Sweden will release their new album, THE UNSEEN EMPIRE in Europe on 15th April 2011 through NUCLEAR BLAST RECORDS.

Heavy Metal band WOLF from Örebro, Sweden have issued the following update:
"This coming weekend will be the end of the recording session of the new WOLF album LEGIONS OF BASTARDS. The final lead vocals will be immortalized by Niklas 'Razorthroat' Viper and that means we're done recording.

Folk Metal band YGGDRASIL from Sweden will release their new album entitled IRRBLOSS(English translation: WILL-O-WISPS) on 25th April 2011 through GRAND MASTER MUSIC. The long-awaited follow up to 2008's VEDERGALLNING was recorded, mixed and mastered at GRAND MASTER AUDIO in Sweden.

Folk Metal band VINTERSORG from Sweden will release their eigth album entitled JORDPULS (English translation: "Earth's Pulse") on 25 March 2011 via NAPALM RECORDS.

Old-School/Black Metal band KAMPFAR will release their new album entitled MARE in Europe on 25th March 2011 and in the U.S. on 5th April 2011 via NAPALM RECORDS. The follow-up to 2008's HEIMGANG album was recorded at ABYSS STUDIO in Pärlby, outside Ludvika, Sweden with producer Peter Tägtgren (HYPOCRISY, PAIN).

Portuguese ProgressiveRock/Metal band DARK WINGS SYNDROME will play a very special gig on Saturday, 19th February 2011 at Side B Bar in Benavente, Portugal where AVA INFERI (whose line-up includes Norwegian guitarist Rune Eriksen a.k.a. Ex-MAYHEM guitarist/songwriter Blasphemer), will hold a CD-release party for its fourth album, ONYX.

Battle Metal warriors TURISAS from Finland have completed their work on the bands third studio album which is yet untitled and expected to be an early 2011 release through CENTURY MEDIA RECORDS. The CD was recorded between March and September 2010 at SOUND SUPREME STUDIOS in in Hämeenlinna, Finland, and was mixed by Jens Bogren (OPETH, PARADISE LOST) at FASCINATION STREET STUDIOS in Örebro, Sweden. The album was produced by vocalist and main songwriter Mathias "Warlord" Nygård.
